TITAN GLOBAL ENERGY GROUP - ENERGY DIVISION

Titan Global Energy Group will create a vertically integrated national energy company that is focused on the production and distribution of environmentally friendly and sustainable sources of renewable fuels, along with traditional hydrocarbons, from its distribution network based in the Southeastern United States. The Company intends to acquire additional locations and assets for the retail and wholesale distribution of biofuels and hydrocarbons across the United States for such products.

Titan acquired Appalachian Oil Company (“Appco”) in September 2007.  Appco, based in Blountville, TN, operates one of the largest petroleum distribution companies in the Southeastern United States.  Appco owns and operates 55 retail store locations and provides petroleum distribution for over 170 commercial accounts in Tennessee, Virginia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina and West Virginia.  Appco uses and distributes over 200 million gallons of petroleum products per year and has strategic relationships with major oil companies.

Titan’s Communication Division will support and serve the communication needs of first and second generation Americans, our longstanding and core customer base, and their friends and family that like them, left the country of their birth but emigrated to countries other than the United States. Through a combination of owned and independent but affiliated companies, Titan will maintain a presence in cutting edge communication technology, international wholesale communication, and the worldwide distribution of prepaid international phone cards.

Planet Direct, based in Milwaukee, WI, is an innovator in the development of prepaid international calling solutions for first and second generation Americans and their friends and family around the world.  Planet Direct seeks partnerships with incumbent foreign carriers and develops efficient and reliable international calling card products with these partners.  Planet Direct is connecting friends and family around the world on an efficient, prepaid basis.

Titan Global Brands will design, develop, and distribute consumer products, from value to high end branded categories, through its existing distribution channels and new ones suitable for such products. In general, Titan plans to establish brand partners through a variety of licensing and manufacturing agreements.

Titan acquired Global Brands Marketing Inc in December 2007 and renamed the company Global Feet, Inc. (“GFI”). GFI, based in Santa Barbara, CA, designs, develops, distributes and markets stylish footwear for men, women and children in over 145 countries worldwide. GFI is the owner of Dry-shoD, NOMASS, Mehandi and FunFlopps brands. GFI also owns and operates retail stores in leading markets in the Western United States.
